Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen banana chunks (preferably overripe bananas)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup canned lite coconut milk, well mixed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan salt
Recipe Instructions
- Add bananas, strawberries, coconut milk, water extract and salt to a blender
- Cover and blend until smooth
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or freeze in an airtight container for 30 minutes for a firmer texture
