I love photography. And I love old family photos. They are the stories of our lives. They connect us with our past. We are who we are because of who they were.
After Hurricane Rita I had 1000s of photos scanned, including photos passed down to me from my grandparents. Fortunately, we were spared but I realized how heartbreaking it would be to leave behind photos. I scanned every photo I had up until the point that I went digital.
