Recipe Ingredients
- Fresh Brussels sprout
- Olive oil - enough to coat the sprouts
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions
- Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves
- In a large zip lock bag mix Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt and pepper
- Layer Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside
- Stir the sprouts occasionally with a wooden spoon so they brown evenly
- Serve immediately
