Our last full day in Italy we hired a driver from Italy In Limo to pick us up at our hotel (in a very comfortable Mercedes SUV) and drive us to Naples via Pompeii and Positano. In Pompeii we had a licensed guide associated with Pompii. She was excellent and made Pompeii come alive. On our own, we would have wandered aimlessly, even with the audio tour. A guide is Essential! After Pompeii, we drove to Positano for lunch.
