Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups of pecan halves
- 1 large egg white (I slightly beat mine)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 flat teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Place egg whites in a medium bowl
- Slightly beat with a fork until a little frothy
- Add pecans and stir until coated
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together and add to the bowl
- Stir until all pecans are coated
- Place pecans on an ungreased cookie sheet separating pecans so they do not touch
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Store in an airtight container
