Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pecan halves
  • 1 large egg white (I slightly beat mine)
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 flat teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°
  2. Place egg whites in a medium bowl
  3. Slightly beat with a fork until a little frothy
  4. Add pecans and stir until coated
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and add to the bowl
  6. Stir until all pecans are coated
  7. Place pecans on an ungreased cookie sheet separating pecans so they do not touch
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and let cool
  10. Store in an airtight container
